ZLÍN Z-526 F
The Z-526 Trener Master series aircraft featured a retractable landing gear taken from the previous Z-326 type, an adjustable V-503 propeller and a six-cylinder Walter Minor 6-III engine. The heavier propeller design required the pilot's seat to be moved back for solo flights. From 1965 to 1969, 61 of this type were produced, most for export.
After 1969, the Z-526 F was produced with the M-137A engine and V-503A propeller, of which 172 more were produced. The Z-526 F allowed full aerobatic training in double-occupancy with allowable multiples of +6 to -3g overload. The Z 526L version with Lycoming engine or single-seat aerobatic specials (Z 526A, AFS) was also produced.
The aircraft, which will be on display at the static demonstration at LEGENDY NEBES, is under the OK-DRB designation.
